I collected my new Honda Civic this morning. I have to say what a great experience I have had right from the moment I contacted the dealership, at which time I was just curious to try driving a Civic. Richard Winter was extremely informative and arranged a test drive in a vehicle which was the same spec as I had chosen when we spoke about the different grades available.Then, having decided to buy (a very easy decision!) I was offered a very good trade-in value on my old vehicle, and a couple of other discounts. Richard advised on which of my preferred colours were available on the shortest lead time, and I selected one of them. Less that 2 weeks later I drove my new car away.Excellent local dealership, and in Richard Winter a very good, customer focussed sales executive.
