I picked up my full conversion NV200 last week. Absolutely over the moon. The whole team @ Northstar went above & beyond to make the van exactly how I wanted it.Thanks Carol, for all your help - especially in the beginning - with the interior.Thanks also to Adam, for explaining how everything works. Hopefully Ill remember to put the roof down! Lol.If youre looking for a brilliant conversion with a company that offer excellent customer service, regular updates, and who are honest, experienced & knowledgeable in their field...go straight to Northstar. They wont disappoint.They even offer to pick you up from the ferry. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.Again, thanks so much for making me happy with my little camper. We made an appointment and took our hylo Roma home to meet its makers! We where made very welcome by the owners and given a most interesting factory tour, wish we could afford one of the super new conversion on French or Japanese bodies, they are super and you can choose your fittings, fabrics and even the types of veneer from an extensive range, all on view.We had some running repairs made to our interior on the spot, and where given some new logo stickers and decorative tape, which we very much appreciated.We received lots of really usefully advice, and are returning next year to have some pre-ordered bits fitted. Excellent customer service and the motorhomes are certainly bespoke and top of the range, so nice to see small family business doing so well on all fronts.
Quoted and booked in for fitting awning rail. Job turned out to be little awkward due to existing pop top roof but this didn't phase them. Done a great job whilst I waited and Brian and Yolande we're really nice. Highly recommend them!
