This shop sold me pair of pro sailing gloves. They lasted a day of sailing in 8mph winds!. i was told by the shop to send the poor quality goods back to their head office. This was in June. They have told me they are under new ownership and have no obligation to refund. Poor product and poor customer service. What a bunch of crooks.
Good store. Hope they keep going as an iconic name in sailing. Have used the goretex materials in the past and never had a problem. Some good technical clothes. Sorted me out for a round the world race and had no complaints. Some of the fashion based clothes I personally dont use but the sailing gear is very good.
Had a problem with a pair of salopettes which was resolved quickly and to my total satisfaction. Great sales after care at the Cowes store. Well done !
New staff not help full at all over the past 12year I had been going there I had bought about 22 items hats jackets polo shirts ,I Will look on line of eBay nest time .i live on the isle
