Went as an emergency patient. Waited for ages. The temporary filling they put in dropped out four hours later. Went back the next day and the dentist was rude and abrupt. He didn't explain what he was gonna do, just came at me with a big needle. I got outta there and I'd never go back!

Had emergency appointment as my practice were "too busy" to see me , I was in some serious discomfort so came to this practice on recommendation, I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful, I was seen quickly which I appreciate doesn't happen all the time with emergencies the dentist was thorough reassuring and very professional, I am hoping to change from my present dentist to this practice as soon as I can, from my experience well done all!
Wouldnt reccomend dentist man was very rude and nurse was horrible next time you have teeth issues dont visit here make sure somewhere else is aviable
Useless. Never answer the phone, you waste time pressing 2 to continue holding, and eventually it cuts you off. If you leave a message, nobody calls you back.Cancelled our appointments 3 months ago, and still cannot rebook due to no replacement dentist. Rude Rude receptionist, not sure what they are doing as they are not answering the phones.Avoid at all costs.
