Lovely place, landlady was really nice. Holly Tree House is close to the Waterfront. We had room 3 which was on the second floor (3 floor of you are American). Although the room is technically not en suite there are only 2 rooms on the second floor, room 3 and your bathroom .
A lovely b & b. Good selection for breakfast. Very welcoming.
Lovely place, can't fault it - and with an owner and breakfast to match. Well worth the 5 minute walk away from the town centre.
