Worse customer care ever! We purchased two cod and one chips. The cod was oily and wasnt cooked to order. The chips were inedible. We went back once to exchange them hoping they were just a bad batch. The second lot was hotter but tasted horrible! We dont know if it was the oil or what but we seriously couldnt eat them. We arent the sort of people to take things back and just crack on with it but the price and the state of them was just unacceptable. The first return the lady agreed they looked back and the gentleman (if you can call him that) disagreed saying they looked fine and that they had been out for to long! We literally walked to the boat which was in the marina so two minutes walk. The second return the lady said Hes back! And the man was incredibly rude. Saying weve never had anyone complain in twenty years he was aggressive and did not handle the situation well. Unfortunately it would seem we should have gone to the chain up the road (going local didnt pay off)May I also add that we had purchased some chips from the same place earlier in the week and they were fine. But the temperament of the man is under a 1 star rating and we will certainly advice to AVOID!
