Lancasters were extremely helpful when renting a property through them. They were so friendly and made the whole process surprisingly stress free. Even when stuck on an element on the process they spoke to us outside of office hours to make sure we were happy. Will definitely rent through them again.
Appalling service and unethical. Will never sell or buy or rent with this company. This agent sums up everything about awful Estate Agents. Shameful ! Your response to my comment are all lies my partner was never happy with your service and this nothing to do with who she works for. You have been reported to the ASA on a personal basis for misleading advertising and they have confirmed this in writing. We are moving into our own property now and when I sell and buy again I certainly will not go near your company. In fact majority of our friends in Cowes share the same opinion of your company, so lie all you like.
