Fantastic steaks a great night out
If you like steak, go here. Wasn't sure about some of the cold meat platter choices though
Food was great, very friendly staff. Brilliant selection of gluten free (most things on the menu!). Tasted amazing, their chorizo in cider (a special so may change) was incredible! Gin cocktails were great as well. Selection was the best I've seen and they all seemed to come with different garnishes (lime, lemon, juniper, cardamom etc). Would very happily go again.
My partner & I like to try new places, but we can't get enough of the Basque Kitchen. It is easy the best place to eat in Cowes.The Tapas menu, daily specials, and choice of Steaks has something for everyone.The extensive Gin list means you can try something different every visit. I recommend the Whitley Niell Rhubarb & Ginger gin.The staff are fantastic, it is in formal and relaxed, but always professional.Make sure you book a table in advance as this small restaurant can get very busy.
